ONETOUCH_SC GH organizes special classes for students who are very weak in English, Math & Science as well as all elective programs privately in their homes on Par time or full time bases. The company is mandated by law through an endorsement by the Registrar general department to operate nationwide. Currently we have engaged the services of close to over five thousand (5000) teachers nationwide who are teaching at various homes across Ghana. But we still need more as a result of the growing demand of our services. Most of our staffs are secondary school teachers. We also work with basic school teachers, Private school teachers as well as fresh graduates who want to do something on either full or Par time to supplement their income. We operate mainly in the capital cities of Ghana. These are listed below;

However our office is located in Kumasi where we work to coordinate all the regions. In each region we have a coordinator whose responsibility is to coordinate activities of the classes in the region and report to us. We also have team of supervisors in each area in the cities whose principal responsibility is to supervise the work of the teachers. Teachers who want to apply must be willing to honor an invitation to Kumasi to take a recruitment interview.
SALARY
The salary is very attractive especially to those who may have enough time to handle as many houses as possible. We pay on monthly basis which ranges from GHc700.00 to GHc1500.00 or even more. A teacher is expected to report in a house two or three times a week and spend two hours per visit. So if the time is managed very well an applicant can handle as many houses as possible and every single house he/she would be paid. It must be noted that teachers who show absolute dedication to duty may have their salary either doubled or tripled in subsequent months since most of the tenants in the house may be motivated to ask their wards to join the class and that will directly affect the salary of the teacher in question in an upward adjustment. A teacher can decide to work with us on either full time, thus from Morning to evening or Par time.

2. The outcome of the recruitment interview will help management to know the level to place a teacher to teach, either to handle Remedial Students, SHS Students, JHS or Primary Students.
3. Applicants who will be shortlisted shall be invited to come and fill a free registration form.
4. On the unlikely event an applicant fail to meet management expectation in the test he or she would be invited to go through the marking. After going through the marking if there are mistakes we would correct them. But if no mistake is recorded the applicant may have to sit again for another test this time for free before engagement.
5. Applicants who would be shortlisted shall be given three T-Shirts, ID and other teaching materials all for free to facilitate their teaching.
6. All shortlisted applicants will start receiving weekly transportation and credit allowance as well as other incentives to boost their morale.
